Who We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering or a related technical field(e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Computer, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, Systems, or similar).
In good academic standing and making steady progress toward your degree.
Graduating on 2027 or later.
Intermediate - Advanced English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly (written and verbal).
Demonstrated interest in applying engineering concepts to real-world problems.
Preferred Qualifications
Coursework or project experience related to: thermodynamics, power systems, control systems, embedded systems, CAD, FEA, Python/MATLAB, C/C++, data analysis, etc.
Hands-on experience through class projects, labs, hackathons, design teams, maker activities, or previous internships/co-ops.
Familiarity with relevant tools such as SolidWorks/Creo/CATIA, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, LabVIEW, PLCs, Git, etc.
Self-starter with curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
