    Position summary

    • Support and drive Zero Harm Culture by keeping focus on strategic and business vision.

    • Plan, Drive, Execute, Evaluate & review business & regional EHS priorities, framework, ISO, Life Saving Principles, applicable processes & Standard works, objectives & targets in Korea for Projects, Services.

    • Develop Project EHS Plan and any other required site-specific EHS document (e.g., environmental management Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Traffic Management Plan...) for new construction projects.

    • Manage EHS incident and injury reporting within specified local country EHS guidelines and conduct timely follow up investigations and close outs

    • Provide day-to-day EHS support for Projects & Services related to customer interaction, planning and job execution.

    • Engage, coordinate assist FieldCore & strengthen the program through audits, performance reviews.

    • Support Facility Team in Korea Office on applicable EHS requirements.

    • Deliver EHS trainings as and when required according to the local & gas power EHS training strategy.

    • Prepare periodic EHS reporting / KPIs and communicate it to relevant distribution list.

    • Propose solutions to address complicated challenges, processes by using technical experience and analytical thinking to arrive at decisions.

    • Engage & track front-line EHS people to resolve issues with customers and liaise with the regional Operations managers.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in safety, engineering, or related field (Preferably qualified under National Technical Qualification Act;)

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project/Services EHS execution.

    • Demonstrated professional experience in a Health and Safety position

    • Previous experience in construction and general industry environment

    • Experience with managing and conducting safety training

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

    • Ability to travel 50-85% (could change) a year

    • Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills

    • Working knowledge in regulatory compliance, as well as all federal, state, and local agencies requirements
