Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role with a focus on communications.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Desired Characteristics

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools (e.g., MS Teams, Slido, etc. ).

• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

• Certification in administrative or communications management (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional).

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $88,300.00 and $132,500.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
