    Position summary

    2. SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

    • Lead, organize, and manage Field Services Activities.

    • Participate in planning meetings and validate the match between the scope of intervention and team skills.

    • Conduct on-site intervention audits (SPAIN) according to the audit report.

    • Draft and follow up on the action plan based on the intervention audit in collaboration with the EHS Engineer.

    • Fill in performance indicators and report to the hierarchical superior.

    • Value and recognize the contributions (individual/collective) of employees.

    • Define the skills development plan, implement it, and ensure traceability in the ERP.

    • Conduct professional and evaluation interviews with a career development perspective.

    • Conduct recruitment interviews for supervisors.

    • Communicate and share information transparently and participatively with the team and management (feedback, alerts...).

    • Encourage industrial and commercial market monitoring to optimize the team's and activity area's innovation capabilities.

    • Type of organizational control: regular control by the hierarchical superior, inform about weekly activities, provide solutions according to KPIs.

    • External Links: subcontractors, final client.

    c) Specific Professional Skills

    • Generalist Engineering degree.

    • 5 years of experience in a similar position with direct management of intervention teams.

    • Good level of English. French is a plus.

    • Knowledge of planning and skills management software (e.g., Service MAX).

    • Rigorous adherence to EHS rules.
