Job Description

1. Manufacturing Engineer: provide process engineering expertise during manufacturing operation including development of new products process & optimization the manufacturing process to achieve best quality, less labor time, quicker lead time for our products.

Bachelor or above degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical preferred)

2+ Years working experience in manufacturing jobs

2. Quality Engineer: Focus on process and product quality improvement through data analysis, issue resolution including control the non-conforming process, root cause investigation, and providing technical training for inspectors

Bachelor or above degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical preferred)

2+ years of experience in quality process and product management, preferably in a process-oriented operation and/or related industry.

Experience working with quality management system e.g. ISO, quality frame works

3. Supplier Quality Engineer: responsible for coordinating suppliers and verifying quality standards in accordance with the requirements of the company. SQE team work on supplier audit to increase quality reliability, drive continuous improvement of supplier's quality, cycle, and delivery performance, ...

Bachelor or above degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical preferred)

2+ years of experience in supplier development, practical manufacturing (shop floor) exposure, supplier quality management or supplier development experience preferred.

Good negotiations skills and strong interpersonal communication

4. Maintenance Engineer: take the leadership to work with team to ensure the stability and high effective operation of the facility & machining system.
• Experience of maintenance and preventive in industrial factory
• Excellent knowledge about mechanical equipment and machines

5. EHS Specialist: a hands-on role, responsible for providing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) expertise in regulatory compliance and technical guidance for the company.

Bachelor or above degree in Safety Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or other technical fields

2+ years of experience in manufacturing environment

Must have efficient English skills (can read & write) to maintain daily workload and trainings

6. Lean Engineer: close cooperation with other departments to define and implement the Lean manufacturing processes, Lean projects, activities and events and leading Lean culture of the factory.

Bachelor or above degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Operations, or related Engineering fields

2+ years of experience using Lean and Six Sigma tools: 3P, 7 WAYS, SMED, TPS, Process Capacity, etc.

7. Material Planning Specialist: work closely with Sourcing, Manufacturing and Warehouse for Raw Material and manufacturing planning activities to ensure the smooth operation of planning, incoming Raw material to maximize the inventory utilization and manufacturing capacity

2+ Years of working experience, especially in planning or purchasing or related with parts and material expertise.

Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.

8. Sourcing Specialist: sourcing new suppliers, ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet specific technical specifications, negotiating purchase terms, and evaluating supplier performance.

2+ years of experiences in sourcing or related

Strong financial, negotiation and business analytical skills

Excellent cross-functional interpersonal, influencing, communication skills

9. Finance Specialist: provide supporting to all accounting activities during the monthly/quarterly close as well as assisting with special projects. Working on technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting or Finance.

2+ years of experience in manufacturing finance.

Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting system

Strong oral and written communication skills both Vietnamese & English.

Good knowledge with customs clearance and international logistics

11. IT Specialist**:**

Check equipment and Reinstall the Operating system or support application.
Maximize operating speed of the system and process data protection, anti -virus measures, alert users for any attack of virus to their computer or system, tracking virus schedules scanning
Does system health check and advice necessary measures to increase network uptime
Ensure support SLA (Service Level Agreement) and maintain the operational standard procedures

Bachelor or higher degree in Information Technology

2+ years of experience working in the same position in foreign or JV company.
