    Position summary

    de technical support to supply chain and site teams during the entire lifecycle of the generator components.

    -Apply rules and concepts for reliability, quality, safety and cost.

    -Collaborate with and assist project engineering managers in project execution.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college

    • Strong technical skills in strength of materials

    • Good knowledge of non-destructive examinations methods, materials and welding

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Hydro generator mechanical design (stators, rotors, bearings, brackets)

    • Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English

    • Pro-activeness, sense of urgency, autonomy

    • Established communication and leadership skills

    • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-locational environment

    • Good analytical skills

    • Team player, positive, willingness to learn & adapt to business needs

    • Ability to travel

    • Knowledge of CAD tools

    • Experience in hydro industry
