You will work with technologies such as Static Var Compensators (SVC), Static Synchronous Compensators (STATCOM), and Series Compensation solutions, which are critical in optimizing grid performance and integrating renewable energy sources. The primary area of focus in this role will be STATCOMs.

Over a 24-month period with 4 rotations, you will be assigned to different Engineering departments or functions, taking on challenging yet very fulfilling design tasks. The rotation is based on the consolidated review of the business' needs, your technical background, as well as your personal aspirations. The global footprint of our business also provides possibilities for international exposures.
