Advise leadership across HR-related topics and activities across GE Vernova Taiwan;
Partner with HR Business Partners and Center of Expertise to execute business-specific HR strategies.
Ensure that all employee relations and union management issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved.
Ensure compliance and enforcement of local regulations/laws/policies, while providing people leaders with the appropriate level of legal support needed for effective decision-making;
Act as a dedicated advocate for employees, address concerns and ensuring their voices are represented in policies and initiatives to enhance overall workplace satisfaction, engagement and overall experience
Support project management and change activation for various HR initiatives that require local knowledge/presence (e.g., restructuring support) as appropriate
Collaborate with relevant HR Leaders in the region and Global to manage employee relations related matters.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a HR related area
Minimum 6 years prior professional work experience in a Human Resource related area.
Sound knowledge of Taiwan Labor Laws and government requirements including mobility requirements of inbound and outbound employees.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
