    Position summary

    • Foster a positive culture by embedding GEV's philosophy, promoting diversity, inclusion and safety in all HR initiatives;

    • Advise leadership across HR-related topics and activities across GE Vernova Taiwan;

    • Partner with HR Business Partners and Center of Expertise to execute business-specific HR strategies.

    • Ensure that all employee relations and union management issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved.

    • Ensure compliance and enforcement of local regulations/laws/policies, while providing people leaders with the appropriate level of legal support needed for effective decision-making;

    • Act as a dedicated advocate for employees, address concerns and ensuring their voices are represented in policies and initiatives to enhance overall workplace satisfaction, engagement and overall experience

    • Support project management and change activation for various HR initiatives that require local knowledge/presence (e.g., restructuring support) as appropriate

    • Collaborate with relevant HR Leaders in the region and Global to manage employee relations related matters.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a HR related area

    • Minimum 6 years prior professional work experience in a Human Resource related area.

    • Sound knowledge of Taiwan Labor Laws and government requirements including mobility requirements of inbound and outbound employees.

    • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
