Job Description

Responsabilités :

Sous la responsabilité du directeur de l'ingénierie, l'ingénieur de procédés aura les responsabilités suivantes :

• Optimiser le processus de fabrication;

• Effectuer des tests reliés aux processus de fabrication;

• Mettre en place des mesures afin d'améliorer la qualité et diminuer le temps de cycle du produit;

• Développer des solutions aux problèmes techniques reliés aux procédés de fabrication, à la qualité du produit, ou aux techniques reliées au design d'installation;

• Planifier et participer à l'implantation et à la formation technique de nouveaux modèles de pales, de nouveaux procédés ou de nouveaux équipements.

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Process Engineer will be responsible for: Optimizing the manufacturing process; Conducting tests related to manufacturing processes; Implementing measures to improve quality and reduce product cycle times; Developing solutions to technical issues related to manufacturing processes, product quality, or installation design techniques; Planning and participating in the implementation and technical training of new blade models, new processes, or new equipment.

Exigences :

• Formation universitaire en ingénierie;

• Expérience pertinente dans le domaine des composites;

• Excellente communication orale et écrite et bonnes relations interpersonnelles;

• Facilité avec les outils/logiciels informatiques;

• Bilinguisme.

Requirements: University degree in engineering; Relevant experience in the composites field; Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; Comfortable with computer tools/software; Bilingualism.
