Job Description

Responsabilités essentielles

• Pour un projet donné en exécution, il/elle effectuera le calcul et la conception des outillages selon les pratiques de conception du Centre D'excellence et avec la validation de l'ingénieur principal outillage

• Représenter le Centre d'Excellence outillage devant l'équipe de projet : Chef de projet Technique le responsable produit, les achats et les responsables de l'installation sur site.

• Coordonner au sein du Centre d'excellence outillage le calcul et la conception de la liste complète des outils identifiés au cours de la phase de synthèse (séquence détaillée de transport et de montage de la centrale) - répondant aux exigences de planification, de coût et de sécurité

Qualifications / Caractéristiques requises :

• Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou connaissances ou expérience équivalentes

• Expérience significative (> 5 ans) dans la conception mécanique

• Expérience en conception d'équipements de levage et de plate-forme d'accès ou expérience significative sur chantier

• Bonne connaissance des logiciels de CAO NX ou SolidWorks

• Excellentes compétences en anglais écrit et oral pour les communications internationales

• Aptitude avérée à travailler avec des équipes inter fonctionnelles et mondiales

• Compétences avérées en leadership et énergie positive

Caractéristiques souhaitées :

• Connaissance des produits des centrales hydroélectriques

• Expérience en gestion de projet

• Esprit d'équipe : contributeur positif et engagé, volonté d'apprendre et de s'adapter aux besoins de l'entreprise ; être résilient

Essential Responsibilities

• For a given project in execution, he/she will perform the calculation and the design of the tools according to the CoE's Design Practices and with the validation of the tooling principal engineer

• Represent the Tooling Center of Excellence (CoE) in front of the Project Team: Generator System Integrator, Generator CoE main project engineers, Supply Chain and Construction & Commissioning

• Coordinate within the Tooling CoE the calculation and design of the full list of tools identified during synopsis phase (detailed transportation & erection sequence of the power plant) - fulfilling planning, cost and safety requirement

Required Qualifications/Characteristics:

• Bachelor degree from an accredited university in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge or experience

• Significant experience (>5 years) in mechanical design of hydro generators

• Experience in design of lifting equipment and access platform or significant experience on site

• Good knowledge of CAD software NX or SolidWorks

• Excellent written & verbal English skills for international communications

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional and global teams

• Strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership skills and a positive energy

Desired Characteristics:

• Knowledge of Hydropower Plant products

• Experience on project management
