Job Description

Responsabilités :

Sous la responsabilité du directeur de la qualité, l'ingénieur qualité aura les responsabilités suivantes:

• Veiller à ce que seuls les produits approuvés soient distribués et facturés afin que les clients reçoivent des produits d'un niveau uniforme et de très haute qualité;

• Investiguer les non-conformités et définir des actions correctives;

• S'assurer que toutes les non-conformités soient enregistrées et traitées tel que spécifié et repérer les vérifications d'inspections;

• Veiller à ce que le département de qualité soit géré selon les procédures concernant la gestion des ressources humaines, la qualité, la sécurité et l'environnement;

• Assurer le contrôle des coûts, de la qualité des résultats et du respect des échéanciers;

• Gérer, motiver et développer les compétences techniques des employés.

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Quality Director, the Quality Engineer will be responsible for: Ensuring that only approved products are distributed and invoiced so that customers receive consistently high-quality products; Investigating non-conformities and defining corrective actions; Ensuring that all non-conformities are recorded and processed as specified and tracking inspection audits; Ensuring that the Quality Department is managed according to procedures regarding human resources management, quality, safety, and the environment; Ensuring cost control, quality of results, and compliance with deadlines; Managing, motivating, and developing the technical skills of employees.

Exigences :

• Formation universitaire en ingénierie;

• 1 à 3 années d'expérience en entreprise manufacturière;

• Être autonome, structuré et organisé;

• Habiletés de planification et d'organisation;

• Excellente communication orale et écrite et bonnes relations interpersonnelles;

• Leadership;

• Bilinguisme.

Requirements: University degree in engineering; 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company; Be autonomous, structured, and organized; Planning and organizational skills; Excellent oral and written communication and good interpersonal skills; Leadership; Bilingualism.
