Maintain CRM/tendering tools and support continuous improvement through Lean practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or/and Electromechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, tendering, proposals, sales support and /or sales operations or relevant domains.
Proficiency in English
In line with the localization requirements of UAE, preference will be given to qualified UAE National talents.
Desired Characteristics:
Basic knowledge of HV electrical equipment or substation projects (training provided).
Fluency in French and Arabic language
Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
Customer-centric mindset with willingness to learn and grow within the Commercial organization.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or tendering systems is an advantage.
Continuous-improvement mindset aligned with GE Vernova Lean culture.
