Position summary

Apoiar, incentivar e impulsionar os princípios básicos de manufatura e Lean, fornecendo sugestões de melhoria e influenciando equipes para implementar projetos e sugestões de melhoria contínua.
Substituir funcionários da equipe quando necessário e auxiliar no cumprimento das metas de produtividade.
Garantir que as ferramentas e demais componentes estejam disponíveis e em boas condições.
Suportar o líder de produção nas atividades solicitadas.
Requisitos:

Ensino Médio completo (Curso Técnico será diferencial);

Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos;

Comprometimento com o time e resultados, habilidades com processos produtivos, bom relacionamento interpessoal;
