    Position summary

    e implementation of EHS regulations in the workplace.

    • Support and/or lead assigned sites with audits, accident investigations, and EHS-related concerns.

    • Influence the development of site strategies and policies related to EHS and facilities management.

    • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop new processes and improve existing ones to minimize EHS risks.

    • Coordinate with relevant functions for shop floor equipment installation, infrastructure modifications, and sustainability initiatives.

    • Manage facility upgrades and renovations critical to capacity expansion, Lean Transformation, and GE Vernova branding implementation.

    • Implement and manage site security policies, protocols, equipment, and services.

    • Oversee third-party contractors, including bidding, selection, and validation of safety plans, insurance, and training qualifications.

    • Support the Tendering Team to fulfil customer inquiries related to Environmental, Health & Safety.

    • Maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 - Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS).

    Specific Requirements (Skills & Competencies)

    • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, public health, engineering (any major), or related field.

    • Minimum 10 years' experience in EHS, with exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.

    • Certification as General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (Ahli K3-Umum) is mandatory.

    • Additional certifications such as BCSP's Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or NEBOSH are an advantage.

    • Strong EHS knowledge and practical experience in a manufacturing setting.

    • Ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels and external regulatory bodies.

    • Strong project management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities under tight deadlines.

    • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills.

    • Proficient in English (oral and written).

    • Knowledge and experience in maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 standards.

    • Experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation and execution.

    • Preferred: AI skills, presentation expertise, and videography capabilities.
