Electrical Component Database Management: Maintain and improve the electrical component database, ensuring accuracy, standardization, and accessibility.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement upgrades to business processes, driving efficiency and innovation in engineering workflows.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college
Minimum 5 years working as an electrical engineer in a manufacturing environment
Desired Characteristic
Prior experience with High Voltage SF6 circuit breakers or related substation components
Prior experience working with customers on engineer to order products
Able to analyze customer specifications and understand job requirements
Willing to work with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues both during work hours and off shift hours as required
Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Proficient in AutoCAD software
Strong data management skills (Python + SQL)
Previous experience in leading complex technical projects
