Conduct and participate in design reviews to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including BOMs and schematics.
Work closely with engineers and project managers to gather requirements and resolve design conflicts.
Contribute to design process improvements and best practices.
Prepare BOMs, ensuring a complete "for manufacture" package with schematics and layouts.
Conduct and support design reviews throughout the product design phase.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience).
Extensive experience in electrical hardware design for low to medium voltage systems.
Proficiency in E-Plan, AutoCAD or similar design software
Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations (NEC, IEC, UL).
Proven ability to perform cable sizing, breaker selection, and other electrical calculations.
Excellent understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Ability to travel up to 10%

Advanced proficiency in E-Plan
Expertise with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and automation systems.
Proficiency with power electronics.
Experience with industrial control systems.
Skill panel design and layout.
Ownership of design reviews.
