Required Qualifications

• For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

• Strong English oral and written communication skills, Listen, speak, read and write should be smooth as the work language.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems base on the data, FMEA, SPC, 6 sigma and Lean skills more prefer.

• Ability to document, plan, and execute programs, especially follow up and final solution output.

• Established project management skills.

• Strong study ability and team work skills, good at communication between different function department with plant and between plant and global support function team.

• Blade manufacture experience for moulding or post moulding.
