    Position summary

    esign tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Ionics or similar.

    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to understand user behaviors and pain points.

    • Analyze user flows and interactions to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define user personas, user journeys, and information architecture.

    • Ensure that the UI/UX design aligns with accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users.

    Front-end Development:

    • Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement user interfaces and interactions with a focus on responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

    • Work closely with backend developers to integrate UI components into the overall application architecture.

    Requirements:

    • Degree/Master's Degree in Computer Science or relevant engineering with 4-5 Years of Experience

    • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.

    • Proficiency in UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Ionics or similar.

    • Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, React Native, Ionic, Bootstrap and responsive design techniques.

    • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate concepts and ideas into functional designs.

    • Communicate design ideas, concepts, and solutions effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in UI/UX design and front-end development.

    • Share knowledge and contribute to the improvement of the design and development process within the team.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    • Knowledge of design systems and design thinking methodologies is a plus.

    • Experience with prototyping tools and version control systems is beneficial.
