Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to understand user behaviors and pain points.
Analyze user flows and interactions to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define user personas, user journeys, and information architecture.
Ensure that the UI/UX design aligns with accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users.

Front-end Development:

Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement user interfaces and interactions with a focus on responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate UI components into the overall application architecture.

Requirements:

Degree/Master's Degree in Computer Science or relevant engineering with 4-5 Years of Experience
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
Proficiency in UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Ionics or similar.
Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, React Native, Ionic, Bootstrap and responsive design techniques.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate concepts and ideas into functional designs.
Communicate design ideas, concepts, and solutions effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Share knowledge and contribute to the improvement of the design and development process within the team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of design systems and design thinking methodologies is a plus.
Experience with prototyping tools and version control systems is beneficial.
