Qualifications/Requirements

• An excellent good skill of English/Korean conversation

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering or Technical discipline

• Minimum of 5~7 years' experience in Sourcing, Engineering or Sales and etc.

• Some experiences in Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Experience

• Proven ability to simplify operations and focus the team on critical tasks

• Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements and best practices

• Strong negotiation skills
