Job Description
What you'll do
Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy and roadmap initiatives
Execute hand offs for new product introductions, part and technology transfers, new process introductions, and strategic plant and equipment investments; inclusive of lead time, technology selection, tooling, fixturing, programming, quality plan, and run-off of initial production sets
Execute hands-on development of new products and processes enabling a successful hand-off to the production team
Manage project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety, process quality, and internal customer needs
Strong ability to identify and eliminate waste
Engineering, standardizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes
Participate in productivity efforts supporting cost competitiveness
Incorporate lean manufacturing principles into process development
Utilize kaizen activities for continuous improvement and collaborate with wider team on breakthrough initiatives
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience
Minimum of 4 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment
Experience with GD&T and CAD

Ability to work off-shift or flexible schedule at times as required by project timelines
Ability and desire to work on site in a manufacturing environment

This position is 100% onsite at the GE Vernova Greenville, SC Garlington Road location

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
