Lead Manufacturing Engineer Repair (f/m/d)

• Maintain the materials distributed to the job as per the Master Router.

• Planning and implementing and improving repair procedures.

• Identify, lead and implement projects that improve overall production, safety, quality and cost.

• Overall responsibility for process development and documentation, completion and correctness according qualification requirements.

• Work with the Product Owners to define and improve product/process qualifications in repair.

• Analyze problems, in process inspections, internal corrective actions, as necessary, to improve overall quality systems and scrap control.

• Support RCA's & CAPA plans for external defects.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Engineering Bachelor/Master's Degree or a comparable discipline (Mechanical, Aero etc.) or suitable practical experience.

• Collaborative member ready to prioritize team objectives.

• Knowledge on product function and requirements for different gas turbine types.
