    Position summary

    needed to cover production demand Suggest actions in case of any demand change

    • Assign workers and other staff to production operations

    • Schedule shift according to production needs

    • Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget

    • Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption

    • Join QRDM meetings to monitor production execution and identify any shortages or bottlenecks

    • Obtain production outputs and feed the data for KPI management boards (number of WIP and finished products etc.)

    • Prepare and submit status and performance reports

    • Keep paperwork organized

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in one of engineering field

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in material or production planning area

    • Strong oral and written language skills in English

    • Comfortable in hybrid working conditions

    • SAP program knowledge is a must

    • Ability to live in Istanbul or Kocaeli

    Desired Characteristics

    • Strong communication and relationship skills

    • High coordination skills

    • Improved problem solving and decision-making skills

    • Preferably bachelor's degree in industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering

    • Ability to develop and motivate a high-involvement team through commitment to meeting customer and organization demands

    • Able to think inquisitively and analytically, to make inferences based on data analysis
