Ensure consistent use and optimization of Salesforce CRM across the sales organization.
Align with operations to manage operating rhythms and rigor for commercial metrics including business planning cycles, forecasting and entitlement views.
Support on developing winning strategies, and to deliver strategic Sales Campaigns. Utilize understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to address business needs and questions.
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications);
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
7+ years' experience in technical sales, sales operations, commercial excellence
Strong analytical and executive presentation skills
Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and market strategy
Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
