    Job Description

    Responsibilities (What you will do):

    • Oversee development and execution of strategies through the sourcing process for the specific category including strategy, market analysis, commercial contract creation & management, negotiation process (RFXs), supplier selection and creation, and buy channel management

    • Work with Vendor Management Office to help solve problems, monitor strategy implementation to ensure benefit realization

    • Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies to achieve the best contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction

    • Drive value through supplier relationship management

    • Utilize an understanding of industry trends to inform the decision-making process

    • Develop expertise within function by growing reputation within organization, providing professional and thought leadership, influencing policy, and ensuring delivery within own function while linking with other functions of the organization

    • Present business solutions to leaders in functional area

    • Driving demand management and compliance for IT categories (e.g., number of licenses, alternatives, number and specs of devices, preferred vendor development)

    • Working closely with IT Requisitioning Process for assigned spend categories

    • Serve as trusted advisor to multi-functional stakeholder teams to design and implement specific strategic sourcing initiatives to meet business requirements and priorities

    • Driving best practices

    • Measuring and tracking internal performance within each spend category

    • Champion and secure TCO reductions for your category

    • Monitoring strategy implementation to ensure benefit realization

    Basic Qualifications (What you will bring):

    • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

    • Commercial Contracting Experience: Significant experience leading supplier negotiations and negotiating complex commercial terms and conditions, with proven expertise in contract drafting, review, and interpretation, a solid understanding of business law fundamentals, and prime contract commercial experience in international environments

    • IT Sourcing Experience: Experience in IT sourcing, including hardware, software, professional services

    • Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and project management skills, including spend analytics, should-cost analysis, and market research and intelligence, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex commercial and sourcing issues in cross-functional environments

    Desired Qualifications (What will make you stand out):

    • Education: Legal university degree

    • Experience: Expertise in sourcing Network and Telecommunications categories.

    • Zatorze district, Elblag

    • Fabryczna district, Wroclaw

    Work Arrangement:

    • Hybrid - 2 days / week in the office OR

    • Remote - primarily remote, with occasional office presence
