    Position summary

    implementation for the most prevalent issues. This will be achieved by partnering with different functions such as Commercial, Engineering, Sourcing, Parts, Services, Project Management, Quality, and by using key root cause principles.

    Job Description

    • Develop and implement Lean Roadmap of SP Services - India aligned to the business strategy.

    • Own, lead, execute, and resolve assigned critical and minor RCAs & Problem solving from both technical and operational perspective, to drive root cause analysis to achieve timely and robust issue resolution of KPIs.

    • Manage the SP Services - India Bowler and support MORs and daily managements across segment.

    • Collaborate with all functions within to ensure successful implementation of Lean Roadmap. Monitor, measure and report on the progress of Lean initiatives & Problem solving. Through PNOW & Kaizen Optimizer reports.

    • Deliver training programs to educate staff on Problem solving, Lean and Continuous Improvement principles and practices.

    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage staff in Problem solving & Lean activities.

    • Use KPSs to track the progress of assigned RCAs & Kaizen events.

    • Ensure process compliance in Kaizen events & Problem solving.

    • Maintain thorough and well-organized documentation.

    • Mentor junior RCA team leaders.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or any technical discipline from an accredited institution.

    • Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant work experience preferably in the wind or power generation industry.

    • Ability to manage and facilitate improvement workshops experience in Leading or facilitated Kaizen events and able ensure good conduct maintained, must be able to push for a good working environment and resolve conflict.

    • Knowledge and experience of 5Why, A3, 8D, Operating mechanism and GEV kaizen Play book

    Desired Characteristics

    • Knowledge of tools like Pnow and Kaizen optimizer.

    • Undergone KFT/TTT and certified or trained on problem solving.

    • Previous understanding of problem solving and kaizens in transactional & project environment.

    • Statistically literate and familiar with quality concepts and tools (Six-sigma BB, Lean, etc.).

    • Ability work in a fast-paced environment and highly matrixed environments to understand business processes, issues, and concerns and translate into solutions.

    • Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
