Overseeing and strengthening NDT processes (UT, visual, and other applicable methods), ensuring compliance, capability, and effectiveness of inspections.
Drives cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance quality performance, reduce variation, and improve efficiency, while ensuring audit readiness, compliance, and team capability development through training and resource planning.
Required Qualifications
For roles outside of the USA- This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Production Quality Control. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 10+ years of experience( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Desired Characteristics
Strong technical expertise in quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, and statistical analysis, combined with a solid understanding of manufacturing and NDT processes.
