Manufacturing Engineer Hot Gas Parts Machining (f/m/d)

oint of contact for process qualification, Frozen process changes and production issues

• Lead process development, qualification, and technical documentation creation for machining processes on components under your responsibility

• Implement initiatives that improve overall production safety, quality, delivery, and cost for all relevant processes

• Coaching, mentoring, supporting junior team members

• Use data to analyze process capability, identify improvements and ensure process stability to improve overall quality

• Life Cycle management of all internal post cast processes on gas turbine parts

• Provide technical support to RCA/8Ds and execute CAPA implementation tasks

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Engineering Bachelor's Degree in a suitable discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience

• Knowledge of grinding and EDM sinking on precision casted nickel-based superalloys

• Experience in a manufacturing, operations, HGP engineering environment

• Demonstrated experience in grinding or EDM sinking processes

• Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement methods

• Fluent in both German and English
