for Gas turbines/ Compressor controls, DCS, Nexus Oncore PLC system etc. Shall be experienced with review of BOM, Design drawings, assembly consumable ordering etc.
Shall be responsible for running multiple projects at the same time.
Perform kitting batching and communicate with planner/buyers on material shortage.
Plan resources and material demands to meet forecast. Conduct Toolbox talk with Assembly team regularly.
Review IFC and follow up with HW Engineer for drawing related markups and technical queries.
Own Defect tracker tool and attend the punches and communicate punch status to Project team.
Be part of the team to achieve excellence in EHS, customer service, quality, fulfillment, inventory management, and productivity.
Ensure plant policies and QMS procedures are followed as per defined roles & responsibilities.
Support, maintain and achieve plant goals & objectives, KPI's, EHS & Quality frameworks.
Drive SQDC daily management and lean methodology at Assembly cell.
What you'll bring;
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical or Control systems from an accredited university or college (or at least 5 years of operations or manufacturing experience in cabinet manufacturing)
Strong experience in the field of cabinet manufacturing and execution supervision
Understanding of general layout and wiring diagrams to perform inspection & verification
Fluency in English
