    Position summary

    • Werkstücke in Bearbeitungsposition nach Anleitung spannen

    • Werkstück-Referenzpunkte anfahren

    • Bearbeitungs- und Messabläufe überwachen. Geeignete Messmittel auswählen und auf Kalibrierung prüfen Qualitätsabweichungen anzeigen

    • Störungen an der Anlage, im Arbeitsablauf und im Arbeitsumfeld anzeigen, sowie Stillstandszeiten erfassen.

    • Körperlich schwere Arbeit unter besonderen Sicherheitsbedingungen. (offene Maschinenumgebung, Mitfahren auf der Maschine)

    • Messen und Einrichten auf den Bauteilen in großer Höhe

    • Mithilfe bei der Einhaltung von EHS-Standards und Regeln Abweichungen protokollieren und Gegenmaßnahmen einfordern

    Ihr Profil:

    • Dreijährige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker

    oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

    • Sehr gute Mathematikkenntnisse

    • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
