Act as the strategy partner to the business leader to ensure a) the strategic initiatives and lean roadmap are aligned with the long-term strategy for the business and b) ensure all staff have aligned/complimentary strategies to drive the business in accordance with the long-term strategy roadmap.

Own the agenda and preparation of all operating rhythms within the business/function related to key initiatives, monthly operating reviews (MORs), leadership team meetings, all employee sessions, monthly newsletter etc.
Revisit all processes with the lens of Lean, to increase efficiency and scalability, with impact on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
On selected initiatives, lead deployment of the full Lean toolbox. VSM, PSR, Projects, Standard Work, Kaizen events driving process efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-functional Leadership
Collaborate across teams/functions to support simplification and align operations with business priorities and lead or support key cross-functional initiatives and ensure accountability through execution.
Data & Performance Analysis
Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor operational performance.
Provide key output data, metrics and presentations for reporting, operations reviews, and business communications
Use data to drive decision-making and inform strategy, and identify trends and issues through data analysis and recommend improvements
Develop and lead operationalization of appropriate metrics along with KPIs/TTIs for SQDCT priorities of the product management organization. Own all operating rhythms and mechanisms within Product Management. Develop detailed knowledge of "single source of truth" installed base information, including upstream and downstream system dependencies
Project & Program Management
Lead or participate in critical business projects and operational initiatives, from planning to execution.
Ensure timelines, budgets and quality standards are met or exceeded.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Engineering or STEM Preferred)
OR 10 years of commercial nuclear or military experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial nuclear operations with proven track record of results using Lean or INPO methodologies.
Eligibility Requirements
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25+% domestically and internationally to GE Vernova and customer locations (more if working remote).
The preferred work locations is the Wilmington, NC Headquarters, but highly qualified remote candidates will be considered

The base pay range for this position is $157,000 to $230,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on Monday August 4th
