The On Job Training (Foras) Program is a 6 months program and it is an investment in Bahraini young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform traineeship in a GE business. The traineeship will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.
Job Description
During the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his/her major where he/ she can develop Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him/her to the work environment.
EPC COE- Turnkey Partnering Team
The Turnkey Partnering team manages portfolio of International Engineering, Procurement and Construction Companies (known as EPCs) and select qualified & capable EPCs to execute Turnkey Gas Power plant projects as GE Consortium partner.
The EPC CoE is involved in various stages of Inquiry To Order (ITO) and Order to Remittance (OTR) and are part of various process's such as but not limited to EPC selection and qualification, Bid structure & commercial strategy, Consortium agreement buildup, selection of the most capable and suitable EPC partner, to deliver in an efficient way for our customers.
The primary responsibilities of this role may include but not be limited to the following:
Research and updating the Consortium Partners key information.
To own some initiatives to improve the Turnkey Deal Structuring and Partnering team efficiency
Assist Turnkey Deal Partner & Structure leaders for activities to be confirmed as per candidate capability and skills shown during the training period.
Aero Services Sales Operations Team
Sales Operations team is the support team of all commercial organization in the company.
The primary responsibilities of this role may include but not be limited to the following:
Driving commercial intensity with incorporation of market dynamics for the commercial growth roadmap
Driving annual budget cycle for commitments and orders in the pole and support in linearity of delivering the target
Execute account planning framework to help focus on key accounts
Implement analytics tools to enhance productivity support Budget cycle, competitive intelligence and cost productivity
What you'll do:
Assist in gathering and preparing data from multiple sources for analysis
Clean, transform, and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Support related teams with installed base fleet analysis and data quality improvements
Help build a pipeline for new ITO orders (Inquiry to Order)
Support the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) team in consolidating and generating the forecasted for the region
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and operations processes.
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications) :
BS Engineering -Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer or any related engineering background
Fresh graduates or last semester students.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint...
Eligible for The Foras program by Ministry of Labour and Tamkeen
Candidate will not be registered in Gosi for the duration of the program
