Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and at least 0-2 years of leadership/supervisor experience or a high school diploma/GED and at least 6 years of leadership/supervisor experience

• Advanced experience in manufacturing or assembly and production supervision

Desired Characteristics

• In- depth knowledge of technical disciplines and the ability to integrate team efforts with broader organizational goals.

• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or repair & overhaul environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Proven leadership and team-building abilities

• Experience in Lean methodologies

• Repairman certificate or Airframe/Powerplant License

• Engineering or Quality experience
