Responsible for the cost-effective use of human resources in the production process. Including the cost-effective use of overtime.
Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements.
Ensures the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between and within the department.
Ensures that all shop problems are properly documented and corrected via EAR's, QCR's or some other process.
Responsible for documenting processes for ISO9001 and ensuring that these processes are followed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or a comparable discipline and a minimum of 4 years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing)
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role
