Production Supervisor - ITR

; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

• Responsible for the cost-effective use of human resources in the production process. Including the cost-effective use of overtime.

• Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements.

• Ensures the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between and within the department.

• Ensures that all shop problems are properly documented and corrected via EAR's, QCR's or some other process.

• Responsible for documenting processes for ISO9001 and ensuring that these processes are followed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a comparable discipline and a minimum of 4 years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing)

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role
