    Position summary

    Roles and Responsibilities
    Management of New Product Development and Introduction establishing Production methods and equipment
    Managing all changes required to the Manufacturing lines and All Test Equipment and Cells
    Management New Product (NPI) and Change implementation
    Manage changes to developed processes and work instructions as and when required to ensure continuity of manufacturing and continuous improvement.
    Manage all process requirements including Design for Manufacture, PFMEA, PIP, etc. but not limited to
    Implement and manage Manufacturing build strategy; Define and develop (with support of Engineering teams.)
    Implement and Manage Manufacturing equipment, including maintenance:-
    Strategy development, Planning, Capacity, Specification, Design, Purchase, Install, Commission, etc.
    Lead the Work with suppliers to develop suitable solutions in all product and sub assembly areas applying comply works as and when applicable.
    Manage Manufacturing and business systems initial setup; QMS, LMS, Manufacturing equipment software, etc
    Manage the process aligned to Documentation sign off; Work instructions, Risk Assessments and Operator Training etc.
    Manage Continuous Improvement strategy of Manufacturing Processes incl. VSM, Lean, etc.
    NPI Supplier onboarding and processing. Manage and lead team as identified in Organization chart which may increase and or reduce accordingly in line with requirements

    Minimum Requirements
    EHS compliance and safe working practices.
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (strong preference for Engineering discipline)- HNC/HND or Engineering Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrialization.
    Technical or engineering experience with electronic and mechanical products
    Strong Process oriented individual having ability to analyze and make improvements.
    Proven facilitation and team leading skills
    Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills, customer focused, enthusiastic.
    Ability to work effectively across functions, prior experience of developing and leading a team or significant multidisciplinary project.
    Ability to deliver results, address and resolve technical issue
    5 years' Experience in a manufacturing quality environment and assembly knowledge
    Interpersonal and communication skills
    Self-motivating, proactive and results driven approach
    Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
    Able to work to deadlines with good quality
    Proficient in the English language, written and verbal. Other languages are an advantage
    Fully conversant with ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 14001 and preferably 18001.
    New Product Implementation (Process & Execution)
    Experienced in SAP and Lean Manufacturing

    Desired Characteristics
    Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
    Demonstrated strategic awareness combined with tactical implementation capability. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and explain critical issues.
    Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
    The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
    Knowledge of business principles, strategy and subsequent interface across all functions.
