Understand how the planning function interfaces with engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, and other project teams, ensuring effective cross-functional alignment.
Exercise sound judgment in evaluating planning issues, identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing alternative solutions within established governance and with appropriate guidance when needed.
Use prior experience, technical expertise, and analytical thinking to resolve planning and scheduling issues in a timely and effective manner.
Consolidate inputs from multiple internal functions to support decision-making and maintain consistency across project planning assumptions and outputs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production engineer or related areas;
Experience in the Project Management & Project Planning
Previous Experience with EPC projects;
Advanced knowledge of scheduling softwares (Primavera P6 and MS Project)
Ability to integrate and communicate with multiple stakeholders and teams such as Engineering, Supply Chain, C&C, Consortium partners, Leadership and Customer;
Advanced English;
Avaiability to work in hybrid mode in Taubaté/SP.
