Establish project governance, monitor KPIs, and communicate status, risks, financial performance, and decisions to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
PMI certification required (PMP strongly preferred);;
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic environments;
Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies, project lifecycle management, and governance practices;
Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Smartsheet);
Strong financial acumen, with mandatory hands-on experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L);
Advanced English (written and spoken);
Availability to work on-site in Campinas/SP and availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
