    Position summary

    pecially for electrical panels.

    • Manage the calibration program for measurement and test equipment.

    • Investigate root causes of non-conformities (internal and supplier-related), implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.

    • Analyze and map manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for Manufacturing Quality.

    Quality Management Systems & Training:

    • Support and monitoring of quality management systems.

    • Provide and follow quality and process training to the teams.

    • Foster a strong quality culture within the organization.

    Continuous Improvement & Collaboration:

    • Participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, PDCA).

    • Collaborate cross-functionally (ITO and OTR) to ensure product quality.

    Required Qualification:

    • Technical degree in electrical, Production, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. Bachelor's is a plus.

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, with proven experience in both product inspection (preferably electrical. panels) and quality engineering/process management.

    • Solid knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001) and quality tools (PDCA, MASP, FMEA).

    • Experience with equipment calibration management.

    • Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications (electrical panels).

    • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) is a plus.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    • Intermediate English and Portuguese is a plus.
