Partner with the Rotor Method Engineer and PQE to troubleshoot technical and quality issues.
Coordinate with the Material Specialist on availability of parts and kits needed for rotor work scopes.
Monitor 5S and housekeeping standards; drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Actively support time and attendance management, shop discipline, and employee coaching.
Participate in daily tier meetings and production reviews.
Support training and onboarding of new employees to ensure competency in critical processes.
What you'll bring :
Diploma or equivalent degree or equivalent experience.
10-15 years of experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or repair environment, preferably in rotating equipment or turbine components.
What will make you stand out:
Experience with repair or assembly of heavy industrial equipment (e.g., rotors, compressors, turbines).
Prior leadership or team lead experience is a strong advantage
Working knowledge of Lean principles, Root Cause Analysis, and shop floor problem-solving.
Familiarity with EHS, QMS, and ISO procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills across multi-functional teams.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, route cards, and process instructions.
Proficiency in ERP systems and basic MS Office tool
