ams to smoothly run CAPEX process (analysis of the request, understanding of the budget & financial metrics like ROI, payback period etc., supporting the approval process, release of the purpose code, asset capitalization etc.)

• Support the finance team in managing the key business cycles: strategy plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve free cash flow as well as corrective action plans as needed.

• Lead various process improvements initiatives to enhance financial visibility to improve operations, drive standard work & automatization.

• Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.

Required Qualifications

This role requires advanced experience in the Finance & CAPEX management. Knowledge level is comparable to a master's and bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience). Being a graduate of GEV leadership programs is a plus.
