    Senior Project Manager responsible for the execution of Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) of FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission Systems) and HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) equipment in North America (USA and Canada)

    The role requires a good level of autonomy, being comfortable following several projects at the same time and a good operational judgment.

    Like any other project, the project manager would be responsible of the safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost management (SQDC) of his/her projects. Reactivity and customer satisfaction being a key aspect in the Service business.

    Senior Project Manager is mostly supported by the Engineering, Procurement and Field teams but will need to be quite autonomous for the other aspects of the project such as Finance, Contract Management, etc.

    Senior Project Manager might also manage some other Service projects.

    • Faire preuve de discernement pour prendre des décisions ou résoudre des tâches ou des problèmes de complexité moyenne. Apporter un regard neuf sur les solutions existantes. Exploiter son expérience et son expertise techniques pour l'analyse des données afin d'étayer ses recommandations. S'appuie sur l'avis d'experts et les différentes parties pour prendre ses décisions.

    • Servir de ressource aux collègues moins expérimentés.

    Qualifications requises

    • 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dont au moins 5 ans d'expérience avérée en gestion de projet (en rapport avec le poste, de préférence dans les projets de service).

    • Une expérience de préférence dans le secteur de l'énergie, idéalement dans le FACTS ou HVDC

    • Bachelor ou master en ingénierie d'une université ou d'un établissement d'enseignement supérieur accrédité, de préférence en génie électrique.

    • Maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit) indispensable.

    • Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) souhaitée.

    • Operational execution of LTSA projects

    • Forecast properly revenue and billing and bring revenue and cash as committed.

    • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses experts and stakeholders' feedback to makes decisions.

    • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

    Required Qualifications

    • 10 years of work experience, with minimum 5 years of proved Project management experience (relevant to the role preferably on Service contracts)

    • Experience in Energy business is preferred, ideally in FACTS or HVDC

    • Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college, preferably in Electrical Engineering.

    • Proficiency Spoken & Written - English Must

    • Proficiency Spoken & Written - French Desirable

    The salary range for this position is 114,100.00 - 152,200.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. 114,100.00 - 152,200.00 - 190,200.00 USD Annual
