Roles and Responsibilities:

End to End Design Leadership (Pre-sales + Delivery):

Collaborate with Product Managers & Engineering (Return on Experience, product enhancements, reference architectures)
Required Skills:
10+ years deep technical design focused expertise and hands-on experience with development and architecture in Industrial solutions & Electrification Software in Utilities space such as SCADA, ADMS, EMS, CERMS/DERMS, Grid and Market Management Systems
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar program, with a focus on Computer Science and Electrical Engineering
Familiarity with Design principles, coding, scripting, OS, such as Linux, Source code Management, Virtualization, Cloud Architecture (AWS and/or Azure), Micro-services architectures
Experience working with cloud technologies, cloud native technologies such as containers and Kubernetes, and a strong understanding of cloud architectures.
Strong knowledge and experience in Architectural structures, scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, including multi-site deployments
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrated ability to technically lead large projects and architect complex solutions
Awareness and proficiency in Presales activities, including SoW creation and services estimation. Proficient in creating comprehensive and clear documentation.
Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-Level executives and key stakeholders.
Proactive and customer-facing attitude with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
Exposure to iterative product development and program management techniques including Agile, SAFe, Scrum, DevOps
Professional English level
