    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Prioritize safety in all operations.

    • Enhance fleet performance and productivity by addressing root causes, optimizing scheduling and dispatching, deploying standard work programs, and closely monitoring return-to-service and production metrics.

    • Lead a cohesive and empowered service team comprising Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and Field Technicians, ensuring accountability and excellence in service delivery.

    • Collaborate with Regional and Global Digital Services teams to resolve issues, manage performance, and implement productivity and reliability improvement programs.

    • Partner with the Commercial team to expand transactional activities and maximize installed base penetration, emphasizing innovative solutions and customer value.

    • Manage the full-Service Business Cost Center at the sub-region level, focusing on cost and subcontractor control, visibility, and performance management.

    • Develop a strong talent pipeline to cultivate the next generation of service leadership.

    • Serve as the Managing Director of Sweden's legal entity, GE Energy (Sweden) A.B.

    • Handle customer relationships and dispute resolutions.

    • Oversee contractual management and responsibilities.

    • Maintain flexibility for frequent domestic and international business travel.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Professional qualification, preferably in a technical discipline.

    • Extensive experience in Field Services or managing a field service team.

    • Proven experience in customer relationship and contract management.

    • Experience managing a P&L and implementing service strategies in an international environment.

    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

    • Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong sense of accountability, drive, ownership, and resiliency.

    • Ability to work and influence effectively across functions in a matrix organization to create impact.

    • Willingness to undertake frequent domestic and international business travel.

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

    • Demonstrated expertise in financial metrics analysis.

    • Working knowledge of service contracts, terms and conditions, financials, and technical operations.
