Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in an engineering discipline
Desired Characteristics
Proven experience in thermal, fluid, and structural (FEA) simulations.
Proficiency with simulation tools such as ANSYS, Fluent, or similar platforms.
Experience with data acquisition systems and analysis of experimental results.
Understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural mechanics.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams is highly desirable.
