Work with the Nuclear Product Management Strategy leaders in shaping and executing the Advanced Nuclear business strategy through the development of robust strategic product roadmaps, new technology, differentiated business models, and world class products; ensuring that Advanced Nuclear product management strategy is aligned with the overall product strategy of GE Hitachi Nuclear
Drive intense customer focus; communicate and build rapport with customers and ensure that their needs are reflected in all programs and business processes
Drive the product portfolio to meet the needs of the market. Communicate the strategy and execution of the product roadmaps and New Product Introductions (NPI) within the business
Responsible for collecting and analyzing product data, managing product roadmaps, and bringing cross-functional teams together with a clear vision, operational alignment, and relentless focus on product differentiation (cost & performance)
Develop and implement enhanced visual management to increase transparency, performance and delivery of customer value
Ensure efficient and effective product development by streamlining processes, managing tools, and ensuring alignment across teams
Attract and retain world-class talent; create an environment to foster employee engagement, diversity, professional development, and high levels of employee satisfaction

Required Qualifications:**
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering-related or Business-related discipline.
10+ years of Product Management experience, including Product leadership experience with a focus on large technology driven projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
The preferred work location for this role is at the GEH Headquarters Wilmington, NC but highly qualified remote candidates will be considered.

The salary range for this position is 154,800.00 - 206,400.00 - 258,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include Health and Retirement.
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
