chase orders to suppliers based on demand
Oversee the timeliness of delivery
Optimize the cycles of purchased materials
Conduct periodic analyses and evaluations of suppliers
Manage complaint processes and settle poor-quality costs with suppliers
Work with suppliers to resolve quality and timing issues using available quality tools
Work within supplier management systems
Supervise the quality of key parameters for procurement indices in the SAP system
Maintain and enhance relationships with suppliers
Professional competencies / requirements:
Higher education (preferably technical or economic)
Knowledge of the procurement process
Previous experience in a similar role
Proficiency in English to facilitate smooth communication with foreign suppliers and manufacturers
Fluency in Polish
Proficiency in SAP, specifically the Materials Management module (material flow, logistics)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel to independently and effectively analyze data
Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Capability to set priorities and work under tight deadlines
Additional assets:
Previous experience in a production or industrial environment
Knowledge of basic quality and lean tools (A3 analysis, RCA, Kaizen)
