understanding of CIM. Work with customers on model migration and conversion of data to format needed for advanced Power Systems Application, SCADA and Power Market. Collaborate with system/project engineers, frontend developers and EMS , DMS and market application developers to implement solutions that are aligned with product direction. Consult with other technical leads to ensure that project-related system design guidelines are being followed. Responsible for writing EMS Functional Software Designs. Provide inputs to technical lead on schedules and cost estimates. Interface with customers on general and specific issues within area of functional expertise. Mentors interns and junior staff.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Position requires a Master's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, and 2 years experience in a related modelling or software development or project delivery occupation.
The position also requires: Some work and/or academic experience in power systems. 2 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL. 2 years of experience with Scripting Languages such as Python or PowerShell. 2 years of experience with EMS Database configuration and support.
