    Position summary

    his understanding to work within the local team, the wider global team and how to contribute to the success of our customers.

    • Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.

    • Travel is required.

    Required Qualifications

    • Teaching skills - our baseline is the GWO Instructor Qualification Standard; if you have gained equivalent experience in a different way this will be recognized.

    • Expert technical knowledge on wind turbines (preferably GE products).

    • Electrical certification or degree.

    • Demonstrate accountability to deliver - also in tough situations; in example equipment breakdown or participants not reaching the required learning goals.

    • Proficiency in other languages ( e.g. Spanish, German) would be a bonus

    Desired Characteristics

    • Strong oral and written communication skills.

    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

    • High drive and motivation to make changes.

    • Motivation to travel within Europe. (including Turkey)
