Stakeholder Communication: Own communication on program status and delivery timelines. You will provide clear, regular updates to all stakeholders, including Product Managers, leadership, and BU partners, ensuring there are no surprises.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve our execution and delivery processes, helping the team become more efficient and predictable in its ability to ship high-quality AI solutions.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 5-10 years' relevant experience.
Experience with GE/GE Vernova highly preferred.

Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Strong technical background, ideally with hands-on experience in software development.
Familiarity with the unique requirements of AI and machine learning projects (e.g., data dependencies, model evaluation, POC-to-MVP lifecycle).
Proficiency with project management tools.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional Communicator: You can flawlessly translate between technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring everyone is aligned.
Master Organizer: You excel at creating order from chaos, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously without losing track of the details.
Proactive Problem-Solver: You don't wait for problems to happen; you anticipate them and work tirelessly to clear a path for your team.
Influence Without Authority: You are skilled at building consensus and driving alignment across different teams and functions to achieve a common goal.
