Participating in negotiation meetings and successful concluding to secure the order
Preparation of offers for loose and internal sales in coordination with PSS
Be the single point of contact for Product Line inquiries, distribute the incoming inquiries between Technical Tendering Engineers, attend to the techno-commercial meeting with the customer to support and present special transformers. Participate in PTR coordinating activities
Strict on time transfer from commercial to TPM acc. to the PTR instructions
Monitoring competition's price and strategies with the support of the region
Monitoring of disciplined usage of existing tools i.e., İnquiry statistics, SPEAK4GE, reference list, KPIs for reporting purpose
Strict on time transfer from commercial to PM acc. to the PTR instructions
Encourage the region sales team to achieve PL's objectives
Coordination and timely allocation of incoming tender with engineering to make sure that ATT delivers COS + Documentation on time
Support R&D and product development activity by providing the customer expectation competitive differentiation needs and market price information. Technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field
Evaluate market trends, pricing, strategies, and competitor strategies related to special transformers product group in the world
Aware of the company and local EHS policies, rules, and standards. Showing exemplary behaviors on EHS. Coaching, supporting, and monitoring of EHS implementations in his/her team and area of responsibility. Performing the preventive/corrective actions in collaboration with EHS team to avoid the accidents, incidents, and environmental damages
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in one of the engineering fields
Strong oral and written language skills in English
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales/marketing, engineering and business development areas in an energy business or relevant fields
Market and business understanding with strong technical sales experience
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Istanbul or Kocaeli
No obstacles to international travel
