    • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Sicherstellung der technischen Umsetzung

    • Steuerung des Dokumentenmanagements und Engineering-Prozesse

    • Schnittstellenmanagement zu Projektleitung, Kunden, Partnern, internen Lieferanten, Einkauf und Engineering-Dienstleistern

    • Fachliche Führung des Design-Teams inklusive Aufgabenverteilung und Fortschrittskontrolle

    • Verwaltung und Umsetzung technischer Designänderungen

    Ihr Profil

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Energietechnik

    • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung im Bereich Hoch- und Höchstspannung (110 kV - 380 kV)

    • Fundiertes Verständnis von Projektabwicklungsprozessen im Hoch- und Höchstspannungsbereich

    • Erfahrung in der technischen Führung von Teams und ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz

    • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich

    • Erfahrung im technischen Management von internationalen Kundenprojekten in multidisziplinären Teams mit komplexen Schnittstellen
